Who we are

Kelpi is a service that helps businesses create and run advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When we say "Kelpi," "we," "us," or "our," we mean the Kelpi service and the team behind it. If you have questions, contact us at hello@kelpi.ai.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email, and the details you provide when you sign up.
• Business and brand information. Your website, brand details, products, images, copy, and any materials you share so Kelpi can generate ads.
• Connected platform data. When you connect an advertising or social account (for example, Meta), we access the data those platforms allow, such as ad accounts, pages, campaign settings, and performance metrics, so Kelpi can create, launch, and report on campaigns on your behalf.
• Billing information. Subscription and payment details are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data. How you interact with the product, along with device and browser information and analytics events, collected to operate and improve the service.
• Communications. Messages you send us and emails we exchange.

How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and improve Kelpi.
• Generate ad creative and strategy from the materials you provide.
• Create, launch, manage, and report on campaigns on connected platforms at your direction.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send service messages, updates, and support.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

How ad creative is generated

Kelpi uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to help generate ad images, copy, and strategy. Material you provide, such as your website, brand assets, and prompts, may be sent to these providers to produce your ads. We share only what is needed to perform the task.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• Service providers. Hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, and AI providers that operate the service on our behalf.
• Advertising platforms. When you connect an account and direct Kelpi to act, we send the relevant data to that platform (for example, Meta) to create and run your campaigns.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@kelpi.ai. You can disconnect connected platform accounts at any time, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including third-party analytics, to run the product, remember your preferences, and understand how Kelpi is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

Kelpi may process and store information in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we take steps to protect your information when it is transferred.

Children

Kelpi is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. Significant changes may be communicated through the product or by email.
