Someone once asked me: what's your end goal? I don't really know. But I love building and growing.

  • When I was 14, I started building Facebook pages for the club I loved (Chelsea). Grew a couple to 300k+ followers, earned nothing — but it was fun.
  • When I turned 15, a mentor told me to start a football website of my own. I built one on WordPress, posting highlights every night — and earned my first dollar. It got to $15k/month. As a Nepali kid in a country with per capita income under ~$1,000, my parents thought I was doing something illegal! My first taste of how wonderful internet businesses can be.
  • I started a delivery-based startup in college. It failed.
  • Started a news app with friends right after college. It failed too.
  • Started a services company called Naamche. Grew it to ~$1M ARR and sold it to reAlpha ($AIRE: Nasdaq). At reAlpha, I led growth and scaled their AI real estate agent from 0 to $10M in GMV.
  • Now I'm building Kelpi: an AI media buyer that plans, launches, and optimizes your Facebook and Instagram ads.

The notes on this blog are the practical parts of that work: what to fix first in a Meta account, how to read the numbers, and which creative angles are worth testing before you spend more. I also write about building on the internet on my Substack.
